Roles & Responsibilities

Perform blood draws and specimen collections with precision and care
Float between multiple clinic locations to support patient needs
Ensure accurate labeling and handling of laboratory specimens
Provide excellent patient service and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Collaborate with lab staff to maintain efficient workflow

Qualifications

Current California State Phlebotomy Licensure required
Current CPR Certificate required
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Valid clean and clear driver's license required
1-2 years of medical laboratory experience as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician preferred

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medical terminology
Strong phlebotomy techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
