Pasta/Sauté Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you’ll work directly alongside our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to prepare high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and speed. Responsibilities & Duties Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare ingredients for service including chopping, butchering, and sauce preparation Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team Follow instructions from Executive and Sous Chefs Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts Properly store and rotate inventory Ensure dishes are prepared accurately, consistently, and on time Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling standards Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guests Requirements 3+ years experience as a HIGH-VOLUME line cook, prep cook, or restaurant cook required Strong understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and ingredients Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Team-oriented mindset and dependable work ethic Culinary school training is a plus Italian cuisine experience required We use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Italiano
