Quality Assurance Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:00pm )
- Inspect windows for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report damaged or defective products.
- Lift and handle windows weighing approximately 25–35 lbs throughout the shift.
Quality Assurance Associate Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English and able to understand workplace and safety instructions.
- Able to consistently lift and handle 25–35 lbs throughout the shift.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn; previous quality inspection experience is a plus but not required.
- Must complete a short in-person interview before placement.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
