Administrative Assistant
Alloy Silverstein, a multi-office regional firm, is seeking an administrative assistant for our Cherry Hill, NJ office location with at least 2-5 years' of recent experience in a public accounting office.
The firm has been in business in South Jersey for over 65 years and is very community-minded. Our professionals embrace technology and the efficiencies that come from a paperless office. We offer competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Please send salary requirements with submission of your resume.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Processing of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing correspondence
- Preparing invoices
- Prepare reports using Word and Excel
- Communicate with clients as needed
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment while balancing and prioritizing daily responsibilities
- Self-starter and takes the initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct business professionally
- Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Work well independently and in a team with positive attitude and professional presence
Other Requirements:
- Able to work flexible and/or overtime hours including Saturday's and late evenings base upon work and peak busy times
