Clinical Therapist - Supervisor

As a Clinic Supervisor you will supervise pre-licensed clinicians needing supervision hours and building a thriving clinic. Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we've made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.We Offer:Unique pay model with industry leading compensationComfortable, furnished offices and clinic environmentA company rooted in values of creativity, humor, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticityDental and Medical benefits.Tasks & Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation.As a full-time clinician/supervisor you must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20-22 sessions per week.Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists, building to a full team up to 5 supervises over your first several months.Oversee clinic quality of care, documentation, and productivity.Help shape hiring, training, and team development.Required Skills/Abilities:Candidates must have clinical licensure in Massachusetts and be able to supervise. (LMHC or LICSW)1-2+ years of clinical supervision experience (private practice preferred)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill setsStrong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practiceExcellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and proceduresAbility to function well in a high-paced and changing environmentProficient with Microsoft 365 applicationsAdept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systemsRequired Qualifications and Skills:Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated fieldRequired experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearDon't Meet Every Requirement?Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
