As a P&O Business Partner for Electrical Products North America , you will partner with the North America Region business segment leadership team in driving strategic transformation, empowering leaders, and elevating organizational performance—let’s make an impact together! The People & Organization Business Partner will support Siemens Electrical Products North America, a dynamic and rapidly growing organization with employees located across manufacturing plants, distribution operations, engineering centers, and commercial sales organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role will report to the Head of Global P&O Business Partners for Electrical Products.

The business operates in a highly competitive market and is at the forefront of supporting megatrends such as electrification, AI-driven data center growth, industrial modernization, and sustainability. This role requires strong partnership across a geographically dispersed leadership team and workforce, balancing strategic talent priorities with the operational realities of manufacturing and customer-facing organizations.

This is a hybrid position located in Peachtree Corners, GA, with an expectation of 2-3 days in the office per week.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Strategic P&O Agenda : Translating evolving business priorities into a focused, forward-looking P&O agenda, prioritizing Organizational Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development, driving organizational performance.
• Leadership Team Contribution : Serve as a standing member of the business leadership team, influencing management decisions through organizational insights, people expertise and data-driven recommendations.
• P&O Ecosystem Integration : Act as an integrator across the P&O ecosystem by partnering with global P&O Partners and Expert Teams, ensuring alignment and implementation of global P&O frameworks and expert services while shaping future P&O offerings.
• Talent Strategy & Leadership Development : Lead strategic talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.
• Organizational Development : Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and support business growth.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage advanced P&O analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, measure impact, and enable evidence-based strategic decision-making that enhances organizational performance.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with the ability to translate business strategies into a high-impact P&O agenda that strengthens performance, elevates capability, fosters a vibrant culture, and ensures future readiness.
• 10+ years of experience as a business leader or a strategic P&O Partner to influence and advise senior leaders in a complex, global organization.
• 10+ years of experience understanding financial drivers and the ability to challenge executive stakeholders (up to CEO level) with confidence.
• 10+ years of experience using people analytics to influence and steer business direction.
• 10+years of experience driving practical change leadership with resistance, emotional intelligence, and adaptability, while operating with comfort in ambiguous environments.
• 10+ years of experience in crafting organizational structures and talent strategies that anticipate market shifts 3-5 years out.
• 10+ years of experience navigating a distributed P&O ecosystem to bring the best global solutions to your business.
• Fluency in the English language.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
• Ability and willingness to work a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in the office per week.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Master’s degree is preferred

• The pay range for this position is $171,217-$293,515, and the annual incentive target is 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
