Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and be the friendly face of the community. You will drive leasing, build strong resident relationships, and support daily operations. What You’ll Do Leasing and Sales: Greet prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process. Leasing and Sales: Conduct tours and highlight features and benefits of each apartment. Leasing and Sales: Practice the ABCs, Always Be Closing. Leasing and Sales: Follow up with prospects and track all calls and visits. Leasing and Sales: Process applications, collect deposits, and prepare lease paperwork. Leasing and Sales: Ensure apartments are ready for move in day. Resident Experience Respond to calls, questions, and concerns with professionalism. Coordinate service requests with maintenance and follow up with residents. Support renewals and encourage referrals. Help plan and host resident events. Marketing and Outreach Participate in outreach marketing and community events. Shop competitors and monitor advertising results. Assist with signage, flyers, and promotions. Administrative Support Enter leases and data accurately in Yardi. Follow company procedures. Support the Property Manager as needed. What You Bring Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Comfort with Microsoft Office and property management software. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Professional appearance and customer focused mindset.
