FREEDOM TO SUCCEED! Direct Traffic Solutions (DTS) is currently seeking experienced Freight Broker Agents to work as Independent Contractors . If you are a veteran Agent looking for a true partner who is fully committed to your growth and success, or if you are a current employee looking for independence and an opportunity to own your own business, you owe it to yourself to consider DTS. As a well-established Freight Brokerage, we provide the name recognition, technology, support, and expertise you need to succeed. What will you be doing?Your primary role as an Independent Freight Agent will be to build long-term relationships with shippers and contract carriers and arrange transportation services. You will be responsible for sourcing contract carriers, negotiating rates, scheduling freight, and solving problems quickly and effectively. Your ability to find innovative solutions, negotiate deals and manage day-to-day challenges will ensure your Agency's growth and your financial freedom. With your knowledge and experience of the transportation brokerage industry and our TMS technology and business office support, you will be on your way to independence and financial security.
