The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Utah office Mission: This role ensures smooth vendor enrollment, timely payment processing, and efficient resolution of payment-related inquiries for clients and their vendors. Tech Stack: Microsoft, Excel, Salesforce (preferred) What You’ll Actually Do Vendor Enrollment: Successfully manage pending vendor enrollments within required timeframes. Payment Processing: Process electronic payments for clients via phone calls and web portals. Record Management: Update vendor records to reflect various payment options like virtual cards, ACH, or checks. Payment Monitoring: Actively review and monitor outstanding payments issued to vendors. Client Inquiry Resolution: Complete client inquiries via email within one business day. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-level professional. Experience: New college graduates do not need prior experience, though any role in customer support, retail, or similar is strongly preferred. For non-college graduates, 1-2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales, lead generation, or collections is required. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-through, high level of attention to detail and quality, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
