Geriatrics-Focused Primary Care Physician

Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based care to local Medicare populations through our neighborhood primary care centers. You will work with a large care team to focus on quality outcomes and preventive medicine rather than volume. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
