Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Operator.
Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: B Shift (EPB Building): 5:00 AM-5:00 PM, rotating 2 days on/3 days off.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location : Lebanon, OH
Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications

• Resume and interview required.
  
• High school diploma or GED required.
  
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  
• Ability to record production data and communicate effectively.
  
• Ability to work in a team environment and rotate between work areas.
  
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, as required.
  
• Steel-toe boots required.
  
• Open to second-chance candidates (no sexual or violent offenses, and no multiple offenses).
  

• Operate manufacturing equipment while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  
• Perform quality inspections, measurements, and record production data.
  
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
  
• Recognize and report quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
  
• Perform preventative maintenance and machine start-up checks.
  
• Complete line changeovers and tool changes when required.
  
• Load and unload parts during machining, plating, or assembly operations.
  
• Assemble automotive brake components according to production standards.
  
• Transfer materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
  
• Work in multiple manufacturing areas as assigned to support production needs.
