We’re backed by Accel and Bain Capital Ventures, and we’re building fast. The Role We’re hiring our first in‑house Recruiter to own hiring across engineering, go-to-market, and operations. You’ll be both a strategic partner and a hands‑on sourcer, building pipelines, closing top talent, and shaping the processes that will scale our team from 30 to 50+ people. In this role, you’ll shape our talent narrative, design scalable processes, and build a brand that consistently attracts top performers. Manage role intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding handoff. Sourcing & Engagement Actively source top talent through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events, and creative channels. Tailor messaging to reflect evolving company needs and inspire interest in Silna. Build deep pipelines for both current and future needs. Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles. Provide data‑driven hiring insights to inform strategy. Candidate Experience & Talent Brand Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate journey that reinforces our values — even for those we don’t hire. Position Silna as a destination employer in competitive markets. Process & Systems Building Initially focus on sourcing and closing; evolve into building scalable processes, tools, and metrics to reduce reliance on external sources. Track and report on key metrics using data to support recruitment strategy. Required Qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth technology companies Proven success hiring across multiple functions, with strong technical recruiting skills Track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets Experience building recruiting processes and systems in fast-paced environments Data‑driven, analytical mindset — uses metrics to optimize strategy and execution Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.) and sourcing tools Preferred Qualifications Built recruiting functions from scratch at Series B–D stage companies (under 250 employees) Experience in VC-backed SaaS environments Background in companies that doubled headcount within 18–24 months History of winning top talent from outside well-known employers What we offer Competitive salary + equity Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) Unlimited PTO Collaborative, high-energy work environment Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category #J-18808-Ljbffr
