Jersey Mike's Subs is coming to Tiffin, OH this FALL!We’re seeking an energetic, dedicated, and hardworking  Assistant Manager who is ready to lead, make an impact, and contribute to our positive and growing culture. If you love great food and great service we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage daily store operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Drive exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for every guest.
• Manage labor and food costs to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards.
• Assist in training and developing staff to ensure strong team performance and individual growth.
• Handle inventory and ordering to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
• Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some knowledge of Labor and Food Cost management is required.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment.
