We are seeking an experienced Stroke Coordinator RN to support a healthcare facility's stroke program and assist with ongoing survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives .

 

Required

• Active California RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of Stroke Coordinator experience
• Previous experience managing or coordinating a Stroke Program
• Experience with survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• Experience with Joint Commission Stroke Certification
• Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement experience
• Data collection and outcome reporting experience
• Acute Care Hospital experience. 
  
   

The ideal candidate will have prior experience serving as a Stroke Coordinator and a strong understanding of stroke program management, accreditation standards, performance improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
