For more information about the company and its brands, applicants can visit and Role Description The Pre-Planning Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, focused on helping individuals and families make informed end-of-life arrangements in advance. This role involves meeting with clients to discuss their needs, explaining available services and products, and guiding them through pre-planning options with sensitivity and professionalism. The Pre-Planning Advisor prepares proposals, documents agreements, and maintains accurate records while following company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, presenting tailored planning solutions, coordinating with funeral home and cemetery staff, and following up with prospective clients to build long-term relationships. The position requires consistent on-site presence at assigned locations and occasional community outreach to build awareness of pre-planning services. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and Planning skills to develop comprehensive pre-arrangement plans. Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to align pre-planning solutions with organizational goals and Communication skills to clearly explain options and processes. Candidates should possess Communication and Urban Planning awareness when working with diverse communities and local regulations in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in sales, counseling, or customer service, preferably in funeral, insurance, or related industries. Ability to work with clients in emotionally sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and cultural awareness. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or related field is beneficial.
