COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Palo Alto, CA. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life. • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.

• Shift hours: 08:30-16:30.
• Shift pattern: 5x8.
• Start: ASAP.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
