Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Assist with inductions, Cesarean sections, and spontaneous vaginal deliveries
• Manage laboring patients with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Operate and maintain equipment such as GE monitoring, Novii Wireless, Spectrum IV Pumps, and CADD epidural PCA

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Current RN license
• NRP certification
• BLS certification
• Preferred: Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and ACLS
