Job Summary WeareseekingadedicatedandcompassionateTravelCertifiedNursingAssistant(CNA)tojoinaLongTermCare/SkilledNursingFacility(LTC/SNF).Theidealcandidatewillprovideexceptionalpatientcarebyassistingresidentswithdailylivingactivities,monitoringtheirhealthandwell-being,andsupportingthenursingteamindeliveringhigh-qualitycare. Key Responsibilities

• Assistresidentswithactivities ofdailyliving(ADLs),including bathing, dressing, grooming,toileting, feeding,andmobility.
• Monitorandreport changesinresidents’ physical or emotional conditiontothenursingstaff.
• Recordpatientcareandmaintainaccurate documentation.
• Assistwithtransferring, positioning,andambulatingresidentsusing proper safety techniques.
• Maintainaclean, safe,andcomfortable environment forresidents.
• Support nurseswithroutinepatientcareandfollowindividualizedcareplans.
• Ensure compliancewithinfection control, safety,andfacilitypolicies.
• Floattoother unitsas needed based onpatientcarerequirements.

Requirements

• ActiveColoradoCertifiedNursingAssistant(CNA)License.
• CurrentBLS (Basic Life Support)Certification.
• Minimum2 years of recent SkilledNursingFacility(SNF) orLong-TermCare(LTC)experience.
• Previoustravelhealthcareexperience preferred.
• Must reside more than60 milesfromthefacility(travelcandidates only).
• Strong communication,teamwork,andpatientcareskills.
• Abilitytowork 12-hour day shiftsandcommittothefull contractassignment.
