Role: MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Provide bedside care for diverse patients, conduct individualized assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Key duties include preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications, responding to adverse symptoms with alternative actions, changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in medication administration, and the ability to perform various bedside procedures.
