As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.
About This Office
Oly Tumwater Dental Care is a well-established practice serving the Tumwater community with a focus on quality patient care, teamwork, and long-term relationships. Our office is home to a supportive team of 12 team members and two doctors, creating a collaborative environment where everyone works together to provide an exceptional patient experience.
We are proud to welcome both experienced hygienists and new graduates. Whether you're just starting your career or bringing years of experience, you'll be supported by a team that values mentorship, learning, and professional growth.
Our practice is entering an exciting phase, with plans to remodel and modernize the office in the future. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, established practice while helping shape its next chapter.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Current dental hygienist license
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
