Qualifications

• Knowledge of civil engineering principles with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification (preferred or in progress).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office Suite, and PDF editing tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skillsExcellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to professionalism and company values.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist With

• Supporting Project Engineers/Managers in design preparation, permitting, scheduling, and coordination.
• Performing design calculations, preparing construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Inspecting sites to monitor progress, compliance, and safety.
• Reviewing engineering documents, reports, and exhibits for accuracy.
• Coordinating with agencies, subconsultants, and internal teams.
• Conducting studies and responding to engineering-related inquiries.

Responsible For

• Leading technical tasks such as reports, calculations, plans, and specifications per city codes and standards.
• Evaluating design changes and providing recommendations.
• Performing due diligence research, site visits, and data analysis for new projects.
• Reading, interpreting, and applying engineering plans, plats, and specifications.
• Utilizing engineering software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
