What You'll Do

Drive branch growth through new business development and client expansion.
Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales and recruiting team.
Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture focused on performance and accountability.
Build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Oversee branch operations, financial performance, and strategic planning.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
Proven success leading business development and growing client relationships.
Experience coaching and developing successful sales and recruiting teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
An energetic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
