Contract Data Entry Coordinator

: Summary The Contract Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of all data related to the company's rental contracts in our internal systems. Essential Functions

• Review rental contracts and payment information for completeness.
• Accurate and timely data entry rental contract and payment information into ERP Systems.
• Accurate and timely rental master file update in Excel
• Accurate and timely price increase processing in ESC (proprietary system).
• Review completed data entry for accuracy and completeness.
• Attention to detail is key requirement of this role.
• Contract Filing as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in order/data entry and customer service.
• 1-3 years of related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be efficient, accurate, and organized.
• Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
• Data collection with attention to detail are essential.
