We believe in partnering with others who share these values and understand their importance.Job DescriptionPosition OverviewDavid Yurman is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Merchandising Coordinator to support the Assistant Manager of Merchandising across the Men’s, High Jewelry, Wedding, and Timepiece categories.This role will assist with daily merchandising activities, sales and inventory reporting, assortment management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure continuity of business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandising & Assortment ManagementSupport ongoing assortment management across Men's, High Jewelry, Wedding, and TimepiecesMaintain and update line plans, pricing grids, delivery flow trackers, and other ad hoc merchandising filesAssist with seasonal market preparation, including the creation, maintenance, and organization of market readiness files under the guidance of the Assistant ManagerSupport High Jewelry lookbook maintenance, one-pager creation, and product assortment updatesPartner closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure accuracy and consistency across merchandising tools, files, and reportingReporting & Business AnalysisUtilize internal systems, including PLM, Oracle, and Sigma, to support daily merchandising functions and business needsAssist in preparation and maintenance of weekly and monthly sales and inventory reportsSupport Wedding pricing updates, product information management, and competitive analysis as neededAssist with special creation pricing across Men's, Wedding, and High JewelryQualificationsPrevious experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or a related retail function preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to analyze sales and inventory data and communicate findingsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesLocation: New York, NY (Tribeca)Working mode: Hybrid - 4 days in officeEstimate Pay Rate: $30 - $33/hourBase pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at David YurmanAs a company founded by artists, David Yurman champions self-expression in everything we do.
