What We’re Looking For: Experience : 5+ years in estimating or preconstruction roles, with a focus on public works projects. Work Ethic : Strong experience with Hard bids and a willingness to estimate your own work. Leadership : Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and manage projects through the Preconstruction phase.
