Your responsibilities will include:Leading and instructing inmate workers in the kitchenAssisting with daily meal preparationPreparing, baking, and cooking foodFollowing company recipes and proceduresHelping maintain a clean and organized kitchenAssisting with kitchen clean-upWorking successfully within a structured correctional environmentWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:A positive, can-do attitudeStrong character and integrityThe ability to work well in a structured environmentThe ability to read and follow company recipesThe ability to lift up to 50 poundsLeadership and teamwork skillsA willingness to learn and take directionJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work weekends and holidaysFlexibility to work varying days and hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PMAbility to successfully obtain clearance to enter the facilityPrevious food service or kitchen experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right person!
