Physical Therapist - Pediatric (PT) – Full-Time
Location: San Antonio, Texas
A leading healthcare system in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join its rehabilitation team. This role provides the opportunity to treat patients across inpatient and outpatient settings , helping individuals restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function. The organization offers a collaborative clinical environment and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence .
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation , including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs .
- Assist with student supervision, department operations, and performance improvement initiatives .
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Competitive compensation based on experience
