Customer Service Representative

Legacy Turkey is looking for a full-time friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, sales, production, and shipping to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and sales representatives by answering questions and providing updates
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Work with production and shipping teams to help ensure orders are completed on time
• Monitor orders and communicate any changes or delays
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records
• Help resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
• Support the team with reporting and other administrative tasks as needed
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, food production, agriculture, or a similar industry
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience working with customer orders or scheduling is a plus
