This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers make informed decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, text, and in-person communicationGenerate new business through dealership referrals, customer leads, networking, and follow-up activitiesConduct insurance reviews and identify customer coverage needsPrepare and present competitive insurance quotesExplain policy coverages, benefits, exclusions, and pricing optionsRecommend appropriate protection plans based on customer needsCross-sell and bundle insurance products to maximize customer valueMaintain accurate customer records and documentationMeet or exceed monthly sales and retention goalsStay current on industry trends, carrier programs, and regulatory requirementsDeliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused experienceQualificationsProven ability to work in sales, preferably in insurance or finance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle documentation thoroughly.Self-starter / able to work independently with minimal supervision.Professional attire and presentation.Ability to pass background check and drug screening.Willingness to complete required state/company insurance training.Compensation & Benefits :Full-time role with base + potential bonus/commission (depending on model)Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurancePaid training and ongoing development opportunities
