Overview
Registered Nurse - Med Surg, Concord, NH. Travel assignment starts 09/08/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,171 to $2,311 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shifts are rotating 12-hour shifts (mostly days with possible night coverage) on a high-acuity Med‑Surg/Respiratory Care unit within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adult patients on a high-acuity Med-Surg and respiratory care unit, including assessment, planning, and implementation of the patient care plan.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and therapies, interpret telemetry as appropriate, and respond quickly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and support family education.
- Document in the electronic medical record with accuracy and timeliness; ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards, manage IVs and lines, and participate in ongoing unit duties as assigned.
- May be required to float to nearby units within the facility network to support patient care needs.

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact State, with NURSYS verification; license must be current at submission.
- BLS required; NHISS verification needed prior to start; ACLS preferred.
- 1–2 years of Med‑Surg experience on a high-acuity unit; experience in a Respiratory Care/telemetry setting is a plus.
- Cerner EMR experience preferred; ability to document accurately in the EMR.
- Onboarding includes a dysrhythmia exam with a preferred score of 80%; RTO must be included at submission.
- Valid driver’s license with address that matches demographics.
