What You’ll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer
• Partner closely with sales to understand client hiring needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT-related roles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide a great experience
• Stay organized and manage multiple searches at once

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (any industry—IT not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Coachable, motivated, and naturally curious
• A positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
