Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bank Teller | Financial Services Representative I for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Windsor, CO. This retail banking role is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys helping customers, processing transactions accurately, opening accounts, and building lasting financial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, night deposits, cashier's checks, money orders, and other routine banking transactions accurately.
- Maintain and balance an assigned cash drawer, investigate discrepancies, manage cash levels, and assist with ATM balancing and replenishment.
- Open, close, and maintain deposit products, including checking, savings, NOW accounts, certificates of deposit, and related accounts.
- Provide professional customer service by answering account questions, resolving routine issues, and escalating complex concerns when needed.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products, digital banking tools, and financial services.
- Support additional branch operations, including safe deposit box access, incoming mail transactions, basic loan administration, and compliance with internal procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $18 to $23 per hour.
- Job type: Full-time, temp-to-hire.
- Location: Windsor, CO.
