Representative Clients Include: Owners General Contractors Subcontractors Architects Engineers Suppliers Bonding Companies Insurance Companies ⚖️

What You'll Do As A Construction Litigation Associate: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy Take and defend depositions Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials Work directly with clients and become a trusted advisor Analyze contracts, project records, and construction-related evidence Manage cases from inception through resolution
