Your work is the first thing people feel when they walk through the door and the last impression they leave with. Without you executing at a high standard every shift, the brand promise falls apart before a single rep is logged. This role operates with real autonomy and is accountable to real metrics. What You'll Deliver Complete 100% of your assigned daily cleaning checklist — workout floor, locker rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces — every shift, verified by weekly manager spot-checks with no supervision required. Hold the facility to a cleanliness and sanitation score of 9.0 or higher out of 10, measured monthly through member feedback and management walkthroughs. Identify and report every equipment and facility maintenance issue within 24 hours of occurrence, with the target being zero member-reported issues that you didn't flag first — tracked monthly. Achieve zero critical cleaning misses and zero safety incidents logged over your first 12 months on the job. Complete all periodic deep cleaning tasks — windows, walls, and seasonal duties — on or before their assigned due dates, hitting 100% on-time completion of the deep clean schedule. Maintain a shift attendance and punctuality record of 98% or better, with zero no-call/no-shows over 12 months. You communicate clearly and honestly with management about what's happening in the facility, including your own mistakes, because accurate information keeps the place running right.
