The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities with ease and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Executive diary and calendar management. Local and international travel arrangements, itineraries and accommodation bookings. Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas and record accurate minutes. Organise company events, functions and executive hospitality. Welcome and host clients, visitors and stakeholders. General office management and administration. Company secretarial support and maintenance of statutory and corporate documentation. Administration of trusts, property and vehicle documentation. Manage highly confidential information, contracts and executive correspondence. Insurance administration and claims coordination. Supplier, contractor and service provider liaison. Process payments and assist with debtors and creditors administration. Office procurement, stock control and office supplies management. Prepare presentations, reports and executive documentation.
