We are currently hiring full-time teachers right away! What You'll Do Ensure Safety & Well-Being: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom while following all health and safety guidelines. Daily Care & Routines: Support children with feeding and bottles and diapering while fostering independence. Family Communication: Build strong relationships with families through open, professional communication and bi-annual conferences. Compliance & Best Practices: Follow HighScope, Youngstar, and DCF standards while engaging in ongoing professional development. Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with co-teachers and assist other classrooms when needed. Cleaning & Sanitation Standards: Maintain clean, sanitized, organized classrooms, disinfecting surfaces and materials daily. Requirements Highschool diploma or equivalent Passionate about working with children Ability to build strong bonds with the children and families Positive, patient, and engaging demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Lead Qualified Teacher Previous experiences in childcare or teaching (preferred) CPR and First Aid certified (preferred) Nice to Have If you're looking for a workplace where laughter and fun are part of the daily routine, and where you can create lasting memories then your search is over!
