Medical Director – Onsite Housing Available

• Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 base + split production
• Additional: Sign-on bonus, relocation support, retention bonus
• Medical Director Stipend: To be determined based on experience and DVM team
• Housing: To support relocation, a renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bath onsite cottage is available at a reduced rate of $1,250 per month plus utilities. Please note: there is only one cottage available, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

What to Expect

• A schedule that respects your time. Our last appointment of the day is at 4:30pm. You won’t be expected to stay late or be on call.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
• Valid veterinary license in the state of New York
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

About East Hampton Veterinary Group

East Hampton Veterinary Group has served the East End since 1929 and is the oldest veterinary practice in the region, trusted by generations of families for compassionate, personalized care. As the practice approaches its 100-year anniversary, we are seeking an experienced veterinarian with at least 3 years of clinical experience who enjoys both medical and surgical care. This role is designed for a Medical Director who can lead medical quality, support team development, and preserve the culture that has defined the hospital for decades. The position follows the seasonal rhythm of the Hamptons, with a busier late spring through early fall balanced by a steadier off season schedule.
