TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide technical support and maintain IT systems for a large-scale industrial/project site in Lebanon, Indiana. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, maintaining network connectivity, and ensuring reliable IT operations across the project environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support to end users. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems. Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and system performance issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests. Support Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications. Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on system upgrades and issue resolution. Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking records. Follow company cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with IT standards. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 2+ years of IT support, desktop support, or systems administration experience. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and support a dynamic project environment. Preferred Qualifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant IT certifications.
