Customer Service Coordinator Location: 100% on-site in Garden Grove, CA 92841 Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 1st Shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm Pay rate: 19.50$ per hourContract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 4-month duration (possible temp to hire) Key Qualifications - HS Diploma or GED (required) or higher level (preferred)- 3+ years of relevant work experience in customer service roles.- Intermediate Excel Skills are required. Responsibilities: Support the Customer Service team with high-volume administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and order management activities. This role contributes to maintaining accurate system data, supporting customer communication, and executing key business initiatives, including a project updating pricing on open orders. The position works closely with Customer Service, Planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of requests, improved workflow efficiency, and consistent customer experience.
