Residential ManagerPay: $54,000 - $60,000 per year (DOE) Full-Time, Onsite PositionLocation: 77 Trails End Road, Eureka, Montana 59917As a Residential Manager, you will lead a team of Mentors and Shift Leads within your assigned house, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for our students. This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication skills, and a heart for service. You will manage scheduling, safety, staff development, and the overall atmosphere and upkeep of your residential home.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support Mentors and Shift Leads.Conduct weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.Provide regular performance evaluations and disciplinary guidance as needed.Collaborate with HR and the Program Director during the hiring process; make final hiring decisions.Delegate responsibilities and ensure smooth shift transitions.Ensure the residential calendar is executed effectively.Maintain a clean, well-decorated, and welcoming living space.Monitor student progress and wellbeing during residential hours.Implement treatment team directives and therapeutic strategies in the home.Lead and document quarterly safety drills; ensure compliance across shifts.Attend and represent your house in weekly interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.Conduct thorough shift-change meetings and communicate key updates to incoming staff.Partner with clinical, academic, and program staff to ensure consistency in student care.Qualifications21+ years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required; associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field a plus, but not a requirement!Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen in concordance with Montana state lawsAbility to pass federal and state background checksCurrent Montana driver's license or ability to obtain a Montana driver's license upon hireAbility to perform CPR and First AidAbility to apply provided training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention with an upset or combative clientPreferred - one year of experience working with adolescent populations and management experienceAbility to plan, implement, and adjust to program or daily adjustmentsBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.Paid Parental Leave – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.Life & Disability Coverage – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.401(k) with Company Match – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.PTO & Holidays – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Free, confidential support for life's challenges.Chrysalis is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
