Cost Accountant

The ideal candidate is an experienced accountant with a strong manufacturing/cost accounting background who enjoys getting out of the accounting department and partnering with the plant to understand the numbers, identify opportunities, and drive results.

What You'll Do:

• Own cost accounting, standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing variance analysis
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and plant P&L reporting
• Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost improvement
• Support capital expenditures, fixed assets, audits, and internal controls
• Identify process improvements and provide financial insight to operations

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong standard costing, inventory, and variance analysis experience
