Job Description
The Assistant Producer Leader supports production activities by managing a small team of 1-5 members and ensuring smooth workflow under the guidance of the Production Manager. This role offers an entry point into production management with opportunities for growth and advancement to Producer.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a small production team of 1-5 members
- Support the Production Manager in planning and execution of projects
- Facilitate communication between team members and other departments
- Monitor progress and provide updates on production status
- Assist in resolving production-related issues to maintain deadlines
- Encourage team collaboration and productivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in production management
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
