Assistant Producer Leader

Job Description

The Assistant Producer Leader supports production activities by managing a small team of 1-5 members and ensuring smooth workflow under the guidance of the Production Manager. This role offers an entry point into production management with opportunities for growth and advancement to Producer.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a small production team of 1-5 members
Support the Production Manager in planning and execution of projects
Facilitate communication between team members and other departments
Monitor progress and provide updates on production status
Assist in resolving production-related issues to maintain deadlines
Encourage team collaboration and productivity

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in production management
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated team leadership abilities
Effective problem-solving skills
