Expected Schedule
This is a full-time role .

Some holidays will be mandatory .

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Compensation

Hourly wage of $25-$34 , based on experience and licensure

Your Responsibilities

As a Licensed Veterinary Technician in our Ophthalmology department, you will collaborate closely with specialists and clinicians from various departments to provide precise, high-quality care.

In this position, you will:

Carefully prepare, calculate, and administer medications , ensuring patient safety
Utilize and maintain all monitoring equipment and troubleshoot as necessary
Conduct daily and weekly maintenance on anesthesia and imaging devices
Coordinate daily procedures across all departments
Adhere to standards regarding safety, infection control, and OSHA regulations
Act as a patient advocate , keeping accurate treatment and anesthesia records

Who We Are Seeking:

LVT/CVT/RVT licensure in good standing or an experienced assistant
Capability to lift 35-45 lbs and assist with larger patients
Excellent organizational, teamwork, and time-management abilities
A positive demeanor and dedication to enhancing the lives of pets
