Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant

Providing essential support to mortgage loan officers, the full-time remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant will assist in reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and facilitating timely loan closings while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including clerical tasks and communication with customers Manage a pipeline of various loan types and track outstanding items to ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation Facilitate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and processors to support timely loan closings Required qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact Previous sales support experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
