Salary: $100k + 20% Bonus About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Service Center Manager within the Glazing division to lead the operations, financial performance, and growth of a busy service center operation. This is a true business leadership position, offering full ownership of branch performance, customer satisfaction, team development, operational excellence, and profitability. The successful candidate will oversee a multi-disciplinary team while driving a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead the day-to-day operations of the service center. Provide leadership to technicians, customer service representatives, drivers, and administrative staff. Ensure efficient workflows and exceptional customer service delivery. Implement operational improvements and best practices. Partner with regional leadership to achieve business objectives. Financial & Business Management Own and manage the location's P&L. Drive revenue growth and profitability. Manage budgets, costs, margins, and financial performance. Monitor key business metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Deliver results through operational efficiency and accountability. Customer Experience Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure projects and service requests are completed to the highest standard. Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees. Lead performance management and coaching initiatives. Build a high-performing culture focused on safety, productivity, and service. Foster employee engagement and professional growth. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Promote a safety-first culture throughout the operation. Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. What We're Looking For Required Experience 5+ years of branch, service center, operations, or field service management experience. Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams. Strong P&L ownership and business management experience. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational performance. Experience managing customer relationships and service excellence. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills. Ability to leverage KPIs and performance metrics to drive results. Preferred Background Construction, glass, building products, home services, facilities management, or field service environments. Experience managing operations generating $1M+ in annual revenue. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety management programs. Why Apply?
