About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Physician to join our primary care team. This role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to individuals and families across all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body. The ideal candidate is committed to preventive care, building long-term relationships with patients, and promoting health and wellness within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform routine physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and health risk assessments.
• Manage care for patients of all ages-from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Respond to patient concerns and ensure a positive and supportive experience.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license.
• Current DEA license.
• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to community health, patient education, and continuity of care.
