Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring a creative Content Creator to shape our online presence, attract top talent, and showcase company culture across platforms — a great fit for someone passionate about storytelling, photography, and video.

Responsibilities

● Create photo, video, graphic, and written content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more

● Capture original content at events, career fairs, client visits, and team activities

● Support planning and execution of campaigns tied to recruiting and branding goals

● Write engaging captions and recruitment-focused copy in a consistent brand voice

● Edit short-form videos, reels, testimonials, and BTS content

● Monitor engagement and help build an active online community

● Collaborate with recruiters and marketing on job promos and announcements

● Stay current on trends and recommend fresh ideas

● Maintain content calendars and posting schedules

● Support email marketing and broader marketing goals

● Track basic performance metrics and share insights

Requirements

● High school diploma/GED required; related coursework a plus

● Ability to travel locally for events

● Flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends

● Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency a plus

Qualifications

● Experience creating content/managing social for a business or brand

● Comfortable shooting photo/video with a phone or camera

● Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite

● Excellent written/verbal communication

● Creative thinker with strong idea generation

● Strong organization managing multiple projects

● Self-motivated and collaborative

● Marketing, social media, staffing, or HR background a plus
