Tommy Thomsen Insurance – Farmers Insurance Agency Tommy Thomsen Insurance is a local Farmers Insurance agency helping individuals, families, and businesses across Utah protect what matters most. We're growing and looking for a motivated, bilingual Insurance Producer who can sell new policies and take great care of our existing clients — especially our Spanish-speaking customers. What you’ll do Contact purchased leads and inbound callers to quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other personal and commercial lines Explain coverage in plain, friendly language in both English and Spanish Service existing clients with policy questions, changes, and coverage reviews Onboard new customers so they understand their coverage and know how to reach us Keep lead and client activity up to date in our CRM Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email to move quotes to close What you’ll need Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Spanish Active Utah licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health (or ability to obtain them before starting) Sales experience, ideally in insurance, phone sales, or another target-driven role Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable using a CRM Friendly, patient, and customer-focused Pay and perks Base + commission: 21,000–$90,000 base salary plus commission Consistent lead flow provided — you won't be starting from scratch Top performers may earn hybrid work-from-home days Supportive, small-office team environment with room to grow This position is with Tommy Thomsen Insurance, an independent Farmers Insurance agency, and not with Farmers Insurance Exchange or its affiliates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
