Job Summary: A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Technician to support the performance, reliability, and continuous operation of electrical and automated equipment within a regulated production environment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems that support high-speed manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Duties: Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems including wiring, panels, motors, and control components.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using diagnostic tools to minimize equipment downtime.
Support automated equipment by maintaining PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and related control systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to improve reliability and production efficiency.
Document maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment changes in accordance with company standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes while maintaining a safe work environment.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent hands-on technical training.
Minimum 5 years of experience performing industrial electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, and control systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
Knowledge of industrial power distribution, motor controls, and automation components.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements
