Ace Precision powers Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense & Space, and Aftermarket Repair & Overhaul. Our components go into commercial and business aircraft, military vehicles and aircraft, and spacecraft. Join us in Oconomowoc or Menomonee Falls, WI.

- Follow simple sketches and routings to fabricate, form, and assemble sheet metal components.
- Make basic setups and run manual rolls, expanders, and planishers.
- Operate finishing tools: sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders.
- Deburr parts for the majority of your shift to meet strict quality standards.
- Measure and verify with tape measures, verniers, and Pi tapes; approve your work before passing it on.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
